## We Are Hiring ### Receptionist & Administrative Assistant 📍 Monaco | ⚓ Yachting | Full-time permanent position ⏳ Three-month probationary period A growing, independently operated yachting company is looking for a polished, organised and versatile bilingual French–English professional to manage reception and support the day-to-day administration of its Monaco office. ### Main responsibilities • Welcome clients, visitors and business partners; • Answer, screen and direct telephone calls and emails; • Coordinate appointments, correspondence, deliveries and office supplies; • Prepare, file and archive administrative documents; • Record and monitor client and supplier invoices; • Assist with banking records, bank reconciliations and the monthly preparation of documents for the external accountant; • Provide general administrative support to the team. ### Candidate profile • Two to five years of experience in a similar role; • Previous professional experience in Monaco preferred; • Experience in yachting, luxury, high-end hospitality or a family office would be an advantage; • Fluent French and English; Italian would be an asset; • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Sage; • A French BTS in business administration or accounting, a UK or international HND, Level 5 Diploma or Associate Degree, an Italian ITS Academy diploma, or an equivalent qualification; • Impeccable presentation, absolute discretion and confidence when dealing with HNW and UHNW clients; • Strong organisational skills, initiative, accuracy and a hands-on attitude. This role is ideal for someone wishing to grow within a small and entrepreneurial company. Depending on performance and aptitude, future opportunities may arise in sales or charter support, including progression towards a Broker Assistant and, potentially, Yacht Broker role. 💼 Salary according to experience and qualifications.
